State Senator Phil Jensen placed one of his few remaining large campaign signs in a horse pasture along Hwy 44 West in Rapid City.
And by the looks of what happened on Saturday, apparently, no one realized the resident was a Sly supporter.
(I guess he’s voting “Neigh?”)
