RC Weekly news has an update on the late filers in the RC Mayoral Race

The Rapid City Weekly news has an update on the pokey filers in the Rapid City Mayoral Race who were facing fines of up to $200 a day. Of course, the city attorney already warned them that late filers will get a stern warning followed by other stern warnings.

(Sounds like Democrat defense policies, doesn’t it?)

Anyway, here’s what the RC Weekly News had to report on the staggering campaign debt faced by Mayor Shaw:

In his report, Shaw listed another large donation from the Elect Better Government PAC. The political action committee, organized and funded by developer Doug Hamilton, donated $5,829.59 to the Shaw campaign.

In his pre-election report, Shaw listed donations of $70,750 from the same PAC, bringing the total donation to his campaign from Hamilton’s PAC to $76,579.59.

Shaw also reported $2,324 in individual donations.

According to the report, he paid back a $9,500 loan. The pre-election report doesn’t list any loans but does list a $10,000 donation to the campaign from Shaw himself. He said in an interview before the election he hoped to recoup that money from the campaign treasury.

Read that all here.  The RC Weekly news is also reporting on the other pokey filer who also faced a series of “you’d-better-do-that’s,” Tom “I-didn’t-know-she-was-a-dude” Johnson.

His report noted several labor union based donations. But oddly, nothing from the Coalition for Gender Identification Assistance.

(Sorry. You just know that joke isn’t ever going to go away).

PP. How come you’re such a scab picker? Didn’t your momma teach you not to do that?

I kid because I too have scabs.

Newland, we miss you! Are you going to the party at Stan’s big new house on the hill?

When’s the party at Stan’s? Directions?

Keystone. Hugo road. Stay right. All the way up the hill. Stay right, like Stan.

Stan’s “big” new house is a 400 sq ft log sided trailer. You can see those like it from I-90 on your way to Sturgis. The “party” was already at his house - that he built 50 years ago - on August 19th for his 76th birthday & a fund raiser for the SDSM&T and Rapid City swim team. Over 400 people came - sorry you missed it (if you did).

400 people in a 400 sq ft house. Boy it was sure packed! Most must have been outside. Hope they had port-a-potties there as the ‘head’ sure would have been busy.

I guess #6 cannot read any better than he understands. The party was in Rapid City at the house he has lived in for 50 years.

Geez - why does everyone who supposedly reads this blog spend so much time talking about “stan” - regardless of the topic? This was about late filers and his report was 4 days early. GET A LIFE - THINK ABOUT SOMEONE ELSE.

How is Tom Johnson related to Tim?

Stan’s big new house on the hill is awful fancy, and he’s proving to be a bad neighbor.

Katie (employee of Stan), do you ever respond to your email?
