She stands for what is right and good in America. We are really honored that she is willing to stand in all the garbage that is thrown at her and her family and is still willing to serve. It is a hard place to be.

Does she eat everything she kills? I come from hunting family but we eat every single animal we kill. We live off it for the year. Don’t need to kill much to live for a year. Why is her hunting so excessive?
My friend, a 93 year old woman became pregnant by a horror story of a husband in a time when women didn’t have any choices. She tried to abort taking pills and succeeded only in creating a malformed child who had to spend his life living her mistake. What is good and right about that?
What is so unique about Mrs. Palin? No one knows anything about her, or what she stands for. So what her daughter chose to keep her baby and not abort, teens have been doing it for years; also she chose to have her baby who has down syndrome, people have been doing this for years too. There is nothing special about Mrs. Palin, I think she too overrated. And it amazes me that you all are really falling for this farce that she has put on, along with her running mate. WAKE UP Please, the USA needs help, the economy sucks and it is only going to get worse if those two are elected
It will be so good for the USA to get someone in Washington that hasnt been tainted by the goings on there. This woman will not take crap from any of these old geezers in Congress and the Senate. Just be sure to vote.
Thought all of the above entries were interesting and thought provoking. And a few that made me want to respond. We have a family of five in our house, not to mention friends and family that are unable to hunt for themselves.
Is her hunting excessive??? How would you know unless you knew her life? We harvest two antelope, two deer, one elk, rabbits, squirrels and game birds every year not to mention fishing. Our freezer begins to fill up in September -as does that of those people that we love that can’t hunt for themsevles- and it is empty again by July.
AntiCrist??? Come on folks… I think that’s a little overly dramatic. We are all for Palin for several reasons. We live in the biggest state in the union and the smallest per capita population. No, not Alaska. We are a state founded on oil and natural gas. We want cleaner fuels, we want tighter guidelines for the environment, but we know the necessity of being able to drill in our own country verses spending billions on import fuel. She knows it to. She’s also gone up against the big dogs in the oil world. We are personally effected by what happens in the patch on many fronts.
Reason number four on my list. Grizzlies. We live in Grizzly country. We live in a society that puts the bear over the man. We live in a society that watches a man get mutilated by a Griz only to punish him for killing it in self defense. Where we live, Grizzlies have no fear of man because they are protected and not hunted. Take pepper spray?? Why, so we can season ourselves for him? Add a little spice to his meal? Wolves are right there with them. Get them off the list so we don’t lose every thing we own for protecting ourselves while putting food on our table. Most game and fish personel that we’ve talked to feel the same way.
One the abortion and Down Syndrome front… Yes, we women have been doing it for years… but how many politicians have you seen that are willing to put their personal lives in front of the microscope to show that they practice how they vote?
But the biggest reason on my list for liking Palin. NO ONE is going to take our guns. PERIOD.
We live as close to the land as we can get. We hunt, harvest, and grow our own food. We spend as much time as possible in the wilderness. We WILL defend what is ours.
I think this woman has a pretty good understanding of our way of life and the need to preserve it.

I don’t think most ‘hockey’ moms wear $375 frames….I don’t think most ‘hockey’ moms wear $2000 plus designer jackets. Sarah Palin is John McInsane answer to bringing women back to the 17th Salem Witch Trials and it seems like she even has her own ‘witch doctor’ pastor. McInsane is clever bu the majority of women are smarter and more independent than he thinks. I wish the media would print the language McInsane really uses. If Sarah thinks he is a great guy then she is only one step below him and that is pretty deep.

I have to laugh at some of there really stupid comments. The one above, ‘animal killer’ is incredably stupid. I’m sure this leather shoe wearing Anon lives in San Fran and buys her freshly murdered tofu from a surrogate executioner. It’s a shame this country is filled with so many mush heads.

Wow!! When was the last time you bought glasses?? I recently bought new glasses that cost $525 for simple frames and lenses. How much do you think Michelle Obama spent on her and her daughters dresses for the Democratic convention?? Let’s be smarter than this. We don’t vote for people based on what they wear, or the type of eyeglasses they have, or what foods they have stored in their freezer. We need to vote based on what skills they bring to the office, and their plan to correct and make our nation and way of life more secure. I’m concerned when I hear Obama state “This has to stop”, or “things must change”, because he is not presenting a real plan to improve things. He just is against what we currently are doing. Governor Palin knows what it is like to manage a family/household (even when it isn’t perfect) and how to hold down a busy job, all the while trying to convince men that she really is capable of more than just pouring coffee. I know what that is like. I don’t care about whether they know all the details of foreign policy, as long as they are a quick study, can process ideas quickly, are able to build relationships, and can exercise good judgement. That’s why I am voting for McCann/Palin. John McCann showed great judgement in his VP selection. Someone who can identify with the average Mom, and still do her job.
With all the lipstick on a pig downputting there also is a saying ‘you can’t make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear’.
Well the left wing liberal media (CNN) has tried to make a sow’s ear out of a silk purse with Sarah to no avail.
She’s way too beautiful and intelligent for that!
