Lawsuit against taxpayers begins on Tuesday. And it comes on the heels of bad news for the plaintiffs.
From Keloland News, we’re getting the starting lineup of the schools that are going to be called to court to try to prove that taxpayers need to be forced right now to spend more on education:

Next up, Brats and a walk-a-thon… to sue taxpayers.
The Mitchell Daily Republic is reporting today on the… “novel” ways that the backers of the coalition of taxpayer funded schools are using to raise money to sue the taxpayers for more tax money now that Judge Lori Wilbur handed them a defeat as they sought to use taxpayer monies to fund their effort:

Taxpayer dollars are being used to sue taxpayers to determine if taxpayer dollars CAN be used to sue taxpayers for more taxpayer money. Or, how I funded my vacation home by billing by the hour.
I don’t think I had ever mentioned that I had early acceptance at an out-of -state law school because I aced my LSAT. But I did, and passed on it, because foolish me, I wanted to go to USD. Apparently they wouldn’t take me because… Well, let’s just say I had a full work schedule [...]
