Argus Leader has Nesiba victim affadavit: “You don’t need those pants.”

Good Lord. TMI on the most recent Argus Story on Reynold Nesiba and his arrest for unwanted Sexual Contact:

c0807fc61beab58d933db6604e134e08The 51-year-old victim told an officer that two days prior she had invited Nesiba to her home after meeting him on Facebook and in person a few times.

After sharing a kiss, Nesiba made repeated, unwanted sexual advances and refused to leave the woman’s home, she told police.

After asking Nesiba to leave, the victim found him naked in her bedroom. He repeatedly tried to undress her and, at one point picked her up, put her against the wall in a rough manner, carried her to the bedroom, and placed her on the bed. The victim said she felt pain in her ribs.

Nesiba told the victim,” You don’t need those pants,” and began to unbuckle the victim’s pants, court documents say.

  1. Wonder if this was the Augie prof who cancelled classes so his students could mourn the Trump election… Maybe there was a little more to it.

I’d bet my bottom dollar that this liberal elitist preached about Trump’s viewpoint on women in his classroom too.

  2. He was not the prof who canceled class. It was a she. I didn’t catch the name when I saw the story.

    1. If I was in her class I’d sue for lost class time that I paid for! What a twit that professor must be.

Now on to the professor who is the subject of the post. I think we need to await more evidence and proof of what may or may not have happened. If he is convicted, I think Augie should terminate him. Also, I’d ask for a re-count; perhaps the write-ins of “Mickey Mouse” could carry the day.

      1. If he is convicted, I rather doubt that Augie would have much of a decision to make… He will have a new job then…

      2. Liberal professors were not the only ones to cancel class after the election. One of the most conservative profs on campus did so, knowing that students would not be in any shape to learn, regardless of the outcome.

  3. …….and then there were 5 Senate Democrats perhaps…and the Governor gets another appointment???

Innocent till proven guilty but that does not sound good.

    1. I see that the Gov appointed David Lust (big surprise) to replace Dan Dryden today. That was a good choice, but I’m wondering if he’s regretting his decision to appoint Curd yet.

  4. Step 1: Get rich
    Step 2: Get famous
Step 3: Grab ’em by the p@$$%
    Step 4: Govern

By skipping steps 1 and 2, you don’t get to do step 4. 🙁

  5. Anon4, that admission is the most damaging. That said, let’s not speculate and see how this plays out in the justice system. Not a fan of Nesiba but he deserves his day in court.

And, my Augie is having bad enough a day right now with the pandering to students.

  6. I guess Donald wasn’t the politician we needed to worry about touching women inappropriately
