Bosworth allies claiming GOP war against Christians, and that Jackley prosecuted at Rounds’ behest.

As we inch closer and closer to the day Annette Bosworth is going to have to explain in a court of law how she certified, under oath, that she collected petition signatures in South Dakota while she was overseas, the level of rhetoric from her allies continues to rise from silly to the level of unbelievable bullsh*t.

This past weekend, we had 2 articles written on the topic. One, an error filled missive from Constitution Party regular Lori Stacey (who thinks HIV is a hoax, and the Government is purposefully killing bees to replace them with robots) spews forth a bunch of words, some she read on the Internet:

One of the ridiculous aspects for any charges being filed against her was actually pointed out by one of her former primary election opponents, Gordon Howie, on his blog “The Right Side Blog”.  (WRONG, he ran in the general as an indy – PP)

and…

In fact, a far greater violation of law regarding petition gathering and a much more unusual violation was claimed to be committed previously by a Republican Speaker of the House when it was alleged that he acted as his own official notary on his own candidate petitions. Not only were there no criminal charges ever filed against him by the same state officials involved in this case against Dr. Bosworth, instead, the would-be candidate and whistleblower who made the allegations was sued and eventually slapped with a $40,000 judgement against her for speaking out.  (WRONG AGAIN, Read here. These were court costs awarded against her for a lawsuit she lost. badly. -PP )

With her trial date looming near and scheduled to begin on May 18, 2015, an article recently published on Christian Newswire titled, “South Dakota GOP’s Secret War Against Christians” reveals some breaking newsworthy developments regarding this case. This article states in part:

The abundance of documented evidence collected during a three-week investigation alleges that South Dakota’s Division of Criminal Investigation (“DCI”) agents stalked, surveilled and visited Christian families at their homes before the all-in-important June 2014 Primary.

The full story on Christian Newswire can be found here. This breaking story could vindicate Dr. Bosworth’s numerous references during her campaign regarding supporters complaining that they felt they were being watched by “black vans”. These statements were used to smear her as “crazy”, a “nut job” and “mentally ill” by political bloggers in the state and she was berated by many in the official press. So was Bosworth acting crazy and criminal or has this state’s government become crazed with bold criminality?

Read it here.

Looking at the Lori Stacey article, which are typically over the top, I had to go check out her sources to see if they were equally as silly. And of course, they didn’t disappoint. here we have an article from robocaller Peter Waldron, who seems to spout the same BS we’d read about in Annette Bosworth fundraising letters about “black vans.”  Which the state doesn’t own:

Dr. Peter Waldron states, “If South Dakota is an example of Establishment Republican rule, then I fear for the nation if a Republican-in-name-only (“RINO”) is elected president in 2016.”

The abundance of documented evidence collected during a three-week investigation alleges that South Dakota’s Division of Criminal Investigation (“DCI”) agents stalked, surveilled and visited Christian families at their homes before the all-in-important June 2014 Primary.

Such tactics achieved its apparent goal – it scared voters away from the polls.

The anecdotal evidence points to possible coordination between the eventual winner, former governor, now US Senator Mike Rounds (SD-R) and the man he handpicked to be Attorney General, Marty Jackley.

Furthermore, the sequence of events and circumstances surrounding the pre-primary state prosecution of Republican candidate Dr. Annette Bosworth, a popular Christian missionary and physician, are suspicious.

Read this silliness here.

I’m not sure what to say about this silliness, except “Show me.”  Show everyone the evidence collected in this so-called ‘investigation.’   Show us the “evidence” of “coordination between Rounds & Jackley.”

Somehow, I don’t think it will ever happen. Why? because it doesn’t exist. The only thing that we’ve been shown is a ridiculous media effort by Bosworth allies to attack the prosecution, obfuscate very simple facts in the matter, and attempt to sway public opinion.

Truth doesn’t need a robocall campaign.

  1. the only obvious thing is the linkage to a larger strategy to keep the main mass of the republican party fatally split from tea partiers and other conservatives. who’d want that anway? there’s where your troublemakers are.

  2. those crazy cult like boz supporters are ramping up their campaign saying the persecution of boz is a war against Christians, missionaries, women, the republican democratic party alliance, establishment, whistleblowers, and whatever else will stick to the wall. it’s only going to get worse with a bizarre circus atmosphere the closer we get to the trial

who is the boz sponsor paying for the bus and motel rooms?

  3. Lora Hubbel here…I tried posting as “anonymous” once but he jsut outed me. AND the last few times I posted on little PP’s blog deletes my post and just gushes bile without letting me respond. We will see how long this stays up. You will notice not many prior candidates have thrown an stones at Annette…which is wise because they all know they have done the same thing….except hypocrite Hickey. Foolish, foolish man to be casting stones. I have others (even a legislator) who said they collected signatures for Hickey and gave Hickey the unsigned petition back for him, or his secretary, to sign (I’ll have to check the petitions). Just because he is a pastor, doesn’t he realize people are not going to lie for him? If asked, “Did you give Hickey an incomplete petition with signatures that you acquired?” or “Did you sign a petition that was out on a counter/table and did someone watch your signature?” people will either have to lie or make Hickey feel better….I’m guessing there will be a few that won’t lie for him. Instead of casting stones, Hickey should have shown his scarlet letter.

    1. Lora,

The only one who gushes bile, and casts stones would be yourself. Time and again. Half of what I see out there from you is unfit to print because it’s so off base. The other half, which I reprint with glee I might add, are the utter batshit crazy things you say.

That’s why you have made yourself a pariah in political circles, and no one reputable wants to have anything to do with you.

    1. Not in court. But she does in the realm of public opinion if she is going to make these claims.

      1. No matter the theatrics and drama created by the Boz crazies I have a feeling the legal process will be tightly controlled with little patience for their inappropriate behavior and she will be convicted and sentenced quickly. Facts are facts!

The same pattern of over the top and totally ineffective drama that we will see increase leading up to the trial and during has been used by the same players in the Boz, Hubble, Meyers and pro weed campaigns.

  4. Christians are being persecuted today – heads cut off, meeting in secret – and for anyone to suggest Boz is being persecuted for her faith is an insult to those who truly are. Boz and her hubby have scammed tens of thousands of dollars from people. That she is only being charged with signature violations is getting off easy.

    1. Kind of like a liberal non-denominational Missourian railing against the Catholic Church, claiming to be a holy apostle, preaching about himself, and flip-flopping on issues to get media attention..

      1. I’m not from Missouri and who cares if I was and the rest of that is just stupid.

My you are a miserable troll.

          1. How long does one have to live here before people like you don’t cast them as out-of-staters. It’s almost 22 years since we moved here to serve people and the poor. The first decade it was soley on a pastor’s salary that makes teachers look well paid. My parents moved here and died here. My kids are South Dakotans by your definition. My sense is if you didnt despise me so irrationally you wouldn’t be grasping at any conceivable rock to stone me. Your comment tells me yours is a small world.

            1. “To serve people and the poor?”

Are you claiming you have taken a vow of poverty?

Is it true you claim to be a “holy apostle?”

How does one become a non-denominatinal “minister?”

So anyone that questions you? Is stoning you?

              1. I went to seminary and was ordained by my denomination. Our church is unaffiliated. No I don’t claim to be a holy apostle and you are biblically illiterate because you ask as you do. No, questioning is fine. What you do are toss smears from the shadows.

                1. So you now say you are not an apostle? Not so brazen as to publicly make such heretical claims? Have you ever claimed to be an apostle?

                  1. anon 4:08pm now your just arguing for the sake of arguing. . You will have no impact on the trial and conviction of Annette Bosworth. time for you to move on and get a life.

                    1. The sure sign of a false teacher. What’s the matter Steve Hickey? Can’t handle the light of day turned on you?

That’s right, you’re not an apostle.

          2. Steve Hickey had the courage and made the effort rather than sit on the sidelines to do something about Annette Bosworth and Chad Haber. More would have been done to hold those two accountable for the other scams elsewhere if legally possible.

Does Annette still owe money to Steve Hildebrand? What about her former employees?

    2. Steve, it would be more into the hundreds of thousands. Don’t forget their scams in Utah that cost people their life savings and sent others to jail from coast to coast. It was his business and their home address as the business address. They are in everything together. She knew what was going on there, just as he knew everything that went on in the campaign. They are partners in crime as well as life.

Perhaps they can share a cell. Is there jail time for not paying the $3000 fine he owes?

  5. Still waiting for Boz or crazy Lora to accuse Rounds of whacking Pat Duffy.

  6. You guys need to back off Lora. Her spell-check got the best of here. Just the other day, I meant to type tom Brady is an honest man married to a model. It came out he is a cheater. Now he is suspended. Sorry Tom.

Lora meant to call Bosworth a criminal and That Jackley is prosecuting criminals. That is what AG’s do.

      1. or could of been influenced by those chemtrails, our government’s secret alliance with Aliens or the establishment’s new mind control machines that are hidden within plain sight.

  7. Anonymous 1:34,

All Christians are called to serve and care for the poor. And, such an universal call doesn’t include a “vow of poverty.” At least with regard to those orders in which I’m familiar, a “vow of poverty” is in practice a vow to hold no personal possessions but to live in community with people who have been called to a particular consecrated life.

While I could be wrong but based on the reality Rev. Hickey’s church is unaffiliated (a community of one) and he has a family, a vow of poverty is practically not feasible.

  8. This is a very interesting blog…but why do anonymous contributors want to hide their identity?…seems intensely unAmerican…
