I’m hearing late this afternoon that Annette Bosworth won the right to continue practicing medicine while her case is under appeal.

Much like the afterglow of watching a Dr. Phil show, I’d leave the appointment feeling pretty good about myself no matter what my ailment was going in.
Actually she is a good doc, politically she is bat shit crazy. Not unlike Carson.
What on earth is her theory to appeal?
