  1. Running for office — and following the rules — isn’t hard. I’ve done it half-a-dozen times. In some of my races I’ve literally had dozens of people carrying petitions for me. The instructions how to do things correctly are clearly printed on the petition form. If I can circulate a petition for office, and who knows how many other hundreds (thousands?) of South Dakotans can do the same over the years without running afoul of the law, it’s hard to understand how someone as intelligent as a medical physician can’t get it right too. All I can figure out is the good doctor didn’t care about the law or felt she was above the law. In her capacity as a physician, she’s had to jump through lots of hoops that require a great depth of understanding – from passing medical licensure to complying with Medicare regulations and more. Something as simple as learning the rules to circulate a petition should have been a no-brainer.

    1. And yet, there are candidates every year who have their petitions rejected by the SOS to include the most high holy apostle of the church of Steve Hickey. Why weren’t those cronys prosecuted?

        1. I think Bosworth is guilty of this and other crimes, but I don’t hate her. I pity her for her acknowledged mental health issues and worry about her children.

I think Steve Hickey hates her as he sees a mirrored reflection of some of his own actions. While I agree with him that she feigns being a Christian, his own conduct leaves little room to be mistaken as a Christian.

          1. To be honest, I silently pondered if the good doctor has mental health issues, but then I dismissed the thought thinking it mean-spirited, and figured the state medical board would not allow a physician to continue to practice in the event of mental health difficulties. Do you know for sure the doctor suffers mental illness? Link to documentation?

            1. She has no mental heath issues. Check with the SDBMOE. I think you are mistaking her, having mental illness with the people that are trying to accuse her.

              1. so it’s CAH who has an histrionic narcissistic personality disorder? I thought he was just an out-of-state communist atheist covert operative for some unknown agency that drives government-looking black vans. Or,as some Ancient Astronaut Theorists believe, he came from outer space.

          2. I do apologize for the word “hatred”, maybe animosity would have been a better term. And I was aiming your perceived animosity toward Hickey not Bosworth.

  2. Dr. Boz has proven time and again that she feels rules are for someone else. Land raffle anyone?

  3. I have not listened, but according to a news report, her lawyer is claiming the good doctor is only guilty of a mistake based upon the advice of what her lawyer told her or did not tell her. Is the defense going to produce this attorney and is this attorney going to testify that this is what actually happened? THAT would be something to hear.

    1. Her defense is that she was ignorant of the law and somebody else told her to do it.

Anybody with any awareness of law at all knows that neither argument is valid.

      1. While your dinner party attendance
And contributions to Marty Jackley’s may provide you the establishment protection, someday you may not be so lucky with the 3 felonies you commit a day (see WSJ article).
