Former candidate for Governor making bizarre claims that State acting nefariously in case of missing child.

Former Republican/Constitution Party Candidate for Governor Lora Hubbel seems to be continuing with a string of accusations that the State of South Dakota is involved in the unfortunate passing of people from a myriad of circumstances.

In early December of last year, Hubbel made a claim in social media that “All the murders in SD lead back to the GOED,” and claimed they are out to steal people’s mineral rights.

In the past couple of weeks, the former candidate recently made another outlandish claim that Ft. Pierre Lawyer Patrick Duffy might not have passed away from heart disease, and in a claim straight out of science fiction intimated that the attorney might have been the victim of a “CIA heart attack gun.”

Now, just yesterday, the former State Representative made an utterly bizarre accusation on Facebook that the state of South Dakota has somehow erred in the story of a child who ran away from a caregiver at a private care facility near Rapid City, and claimed the child may have fallen victim to something she calls “Bendacide”:

Of course, the State has nothing to do with any of it, aside from participating in searching for the child, but why let actual facts get in the way of bizarre internet claims.

It seems that the less attention Hubbel is able to generate through her continued string of failed political ambitions, the more insensitive and completely off-the-wall her claims become.

  1. Unfortunately mental health almost always defies self regulation and only comes full circle upon forced mirrored introspection. Thankfully with proper familial and professional help a path toward normal behavior can be achieved.

A Martyr’s Death Finalizes Juvenile Justice Reform

The needless and careless death of 17-year old Brady Folkens provoked the South Dakota Legislature to pass Senate Bill 73 in 2015 to reform the juvenile justice system…

“You don’t make a child better by placing him in custody…Locking up juveniles isn’t always the best answer…” said the new Secretary of Corrections, Michael Liedholt, when recently interviewed by SDPR’s Lori Walsh [http://listen.sdpb.org/…/new-sd-secretary-cor…

    1. What has that got to do with a child running away from a private facility? She wasn’t at a state facility. She wasn’t ill. She wasn’t denied medical attention. She wasn’t abducted. She ran away of her own accord.

        1. Tara has Dr. Terry LaFleur had time to investigate this too? He could take a break from his campaign for Governor. He and Lora should pool resources.

          1. Very funny……..he sued Lora and a few others for one hundred million dollars. lol I think the Judge threw it out. Now that guy is something else.

            1. Maybe the amount was too high. 100 million dollars? Using his lawyerly Dr. skills could he try to sue again for say 50 million?

          2. Dr. Terry LaFleur only deals with the truth and factual evidence indicating the truth. On the other hand, Hubbel delves into never ending story land and copulates wildly erroneous tirades having no basis in truth or fact. Her recent failed coup attempt at taking over the CPSD herein SD only resulted in her being officially sanctioned by the legal Central Committee of the CPSD. Hubbel’s Coup conspirators have been permanently banned from participation within any CPSD activities, including but not limited to holding any committee positions and/or running or nominating any candidates to run for available offices on the local or statewide levels.

Anyone associated with the Hubbel coup is also permanently banned for life.

The CPSD Central Committee has Amended the By-Laws to prevent reoccurrences such as what transpired last July 14, 2018.

And just for the record Tara, the prayer for damages is $100 million. But the case is more about the collusion between the Republican Party of South Dakota, Lora Hubbel, Gordon Howie and Frank Fluckiger, the National Constitution Parties Chairman.

According to Hubbel’s pleadings, other well known Republicans were involved, like Marty Jackley, Anne Mines Bailey and Shantel Krebs and her assistant Kia Warnes.

Every time Hubbel opens her mouth or files a pleading in the two federal cases: 18-4108 and 18-4125 we learn more about who is involved in the coup d’etat herein South Dakota!

And no, Tara, the case is alive and eager to move forward into the discovery phase. Signed Dr. Terry LaFleur

            1. Dr. LaFleur thank you for the update! Who are Hubbel’s Coup conspirators that have been perma-banned?

How is the campaign going? Are you fully staffed or still hiring?

              1. The individuals banned are Lora Hubbel, Gordon Howie, Janette McIntyre, Tara Valaski (sic), Matt Johnson, Joel and Paula Bergan, and any other CPSD voters who support the Lora Hubbel coup faction.

Very soon, we are going to hold a contested hearing before the Government Accountability Board herein Sioux Falls.

Our federal lawsuit is going to a jury trial. My 2022 campaign will soon be supported by a Statement of Organization. Visit our website at http://www.sdcandidateforgovernor2018.com. This domain name will also be changed.

Many of they documents from the coup and our federal lawsuit are posted on my governors page and my FB account.

  3. I’m looking at the Amber Alert question. At 1:42 on Monday I had an Amber Alert for this girl.

  4. I was just watching the news from a couple of days ago and the authorities said the lost child did not qualify for an Amber Alert.

    1. I have a state e-mail account. I got the alert on Monday as I said. I guess it was called an “Endangered Missing Advisory”. I guess that does not say Amber Alert, but I really do not see a difference. The end result is the same.

  5. I’m honestly concerned for Lora.

She’s not the person I knew a decade ago, or maybe I didn’t really know her at all, but I’m truly sorry for her.

  6. Nothing wrong with Lora except she has such a passion and empathy for people. She wears her heart on her sleeve and when things like this happens it weighs very heavily on her and she takes everything into consideration and tries to piece everything together. Don’t take my word for it, just check out the hundreds of comments from people throughout the state that are questioning the disappearance of this little girl. I think it’s called caring. It’s probably just the Nurse in her.

    1. Young Ms. Hubbel is prettier and insaner than most, a very intriguing combination. I just bet you that there are secret documents in the legislatures council of research that even foretold of this happening.

      1. Could those out of staters from that out of state commenter blog help Ms. Hubbel with this investigation?

    2. it sounds more like she wants to squeeze political traction out of anything she can grab hold of.

    1. Lora Hubbel is with Dalia Johnson.

My beautiful and kind neighbor…please come: Special ladies prayer meeting for Dalia, tomorrow (Feb 6) at 6:15-6:45 pm Eastside Baptist Church (Sioux Falls, South Dakota). All lady friends and family in Sioux Falls and nearby are welcome to come and lift up Dalia in prayer as a group. Dalia and her family are greatly in need of prayers right now. Please make plans to be there. If you can’t be here I’d encourage you to gather together with your church lady friends or family …
See More ………..so Troy would you say this is evil and insane?

      1. Good point. She might be a sociopath.

So let me be clear: I think her to be a mean, evil rotten human being, or insane, or a raving sociopath.

        1. Troy, why you are calling Lora all those nasty names when all she is doing is questioning CHS, our state government and their policies. Maybe your concern should be focused at the missing child instead of Lora Hubbel.

              1. Flippantly saying “maybe not” as though it is no big deal when people are suffering is a garbage thing to do. And if time proves Lora wrong, as it so often does, she and her ilk will move on as though there was no foul. But there was. And it’s about time you “empathetic” folks start participating in some damn introspection about your behavior.

  7. I would think her first amendment rights would over-rule your statements. Just because you don’t agree with someone or like what they they have to say doesn’t mean they should lose there job or license. We would have a lot of un-employed people if they followed your advice Troy. Don’t forget, you live in America where we have freedom of speech whether you like it or not.

  8. Tara,

I am a full supporter of the First Amendment of all, including Lora.

But, if one’s speech indicates they are evil or insane or a sociopath (in a way evil+insane), it should be a criteria for loss of a nursing license out of concern for patients.

Regarding the child, nothing she has said will help find the child. In fact, as always her narcissistic comments are a distraction from focus on the matter at hand, in this case finding the child.

Pat gives Lora the benefit of doubt by attributing her comments as the ramblings of a person who is insane. I fear they are more sinister.

  9. Anonymous 8:42:

Exactly. When the entire first responder and volunteers are doing their best to find this girl, Lora asserts malfeasance because of her narcissism. She knows nothing about what she speaks but she has to get attention for herself. Evil or sick. I’m willing to allow others to make the final diagnosis.

  10. Troy, you have a right to your opinion and so does Lora. Remember the Gena Score case and now Brady Folkens. When children go missing or die at the hands of authorities, people have a right to question whatever they what. Read the hundreds of comments on all of the media’s fb pages.

    1. So Tara, if a child runs away from a daycare facility, summer camp, school, amusement park, whatever place their parents have taken them, it’s a conspiracy? There’s a cover-up in the highest levels of state government? I had a three year old escape from a church nursery during the Janklow Administration. Who knew?

  11. In today’s world…….stranger things happen. Maybe I watch to much Date Line, 20 20 and 60 Minutes.
