  1. Congrats PP…you scooped DFP.. Even though thru this whole scandal you have pretty much had your head stuck in the sand…

    1. I’m quite sure what I’ve said is that it appeared to be the actions of a bad actor or two, and not the grand conspiracy that many on the other side of the aisle have tried to paint it as.

      1. Worst case scenario, our leaders knew what was happening and looked the other way to keep the money flowing into the state. Least case scenario, they are completely incompetent and have no idea how to run a gov’t. MCEC, EB-5…..they make our republican leaders look like complete morons. If we continue to support these clowns after they have shown such incompetency, that only makes us look like morons. You bet your @$$ we should be expecting some sort of accountability from those who allowed this to happen. To write it off right at Benda and Bollen just goes to show this crap only happens in the political world. In the private sector, Rounds and Schopp would have been tarred, feathered, and hung out to dry until they found employment at McDonald’s or disappeared out of public view forever. Do you think Rounds would have let such activity take place in his own business? Heads would roll and the fact that you can’t acknowledge that is depressing. You put money in the form of advertising on your news release site in front of your morals. You should be critical of these people when wrongdoing is apparent, not their lapdogs. Maybe someday you will learn that they aren’t going to make you rich. You are just allowing yourself to be another pawn.
