Hot out of my mailbox, I managed to find a Pierre “Capital City” Ribbon I had not seen before..
It appears to be from the lead up to the final State Capital fight, or at least, promoting the prosperity of the Capital City at the Central South Dakota fair in Huron, (Not the State Fair, which I believe was in Yankton that year).

It looks like someone had sewn that into a quilt, and then later removed it. I just wonder what else they had in there!
