More on the Hawks story from Kelo/AP:
Recently, a conservative blog has commented on the lack of activity from Hawks’ campaign. Hawks says she intends to “do what it takes to be a competitive candidate in this race.”
What’s this “a conservative blog” stuff, Associated Press? It should properly be noted as “THE conservative blog, dakotawarcollege.com.”
Hmph. No love from the Mainstream media for a fellow journalist.

To be fair, while the AP does have it own reporters, the bulk of their news are uploaded from local news outlets like KELO, Argus Leader, and KCCR. What they upload is exactly what they report, the AP don’t do any further investigation or fact checking

No inside knowledge; however while I was researching for http://dakotawarcollege.com/freedom-of-the-blog/ I did learn more about how the AP works, and thier standards. I am surprised this got through.
