    1. Can confirm it was a (majority) pro-Kristi crowd @ SDSU. Say what you like. There were some rowdy dems — a few loud & proud Billie/ Bjorkman signs. But, it was roughly 62% Noem. Maybe 63%?

          1. Are you assuming someone’s gender, that’s inciting violence. You must ask what their preferred pronouns are and if you don’t want to, using the word “it” is acceptable.

            Thanks,
            Your leftist friend

              1. 5/8 or 10/16 or 20/32 or 50/80 = .625

It’s not as though one needs to be Archimedes.

  1. Looks like a great group.

For Noem’s next ad she should include quotes from what Sutton has said about Hillary Clinton and what Democrats say about her getting out on the campaign trail. My favorite is…

“When I think of people who have been part of our push to retake the House, I just don’t think of them [Clintons] at all. I think it’s a very good thing that they’re not being visible. It wouldn’t help our candidates,” a House Democrat said.

    1. I have not heard or seen a lot of ads by Kristi Noem. Driving to Aberdeen today, I heard two ads by Billy Sutton telling why I should vote for him. I have also seen his misleading negative ads as well. The ONLY ads I have seen is someone telling us why we should not vote for Sutton. I am wondering if she even running. I also would like to see and hear some ads telling me why I should vote FOR her.

    1. Treating your question seriously, JKC, the answer is “yes,” both gubernatorial candidates, and lots of voters, have grown nervous. It’s an important election. Billie & his team had noting to lose… until the megaphone media began saying he could pull off a stunning upset. Nice man-bites-dog coverage, but it ramps up the pressure; he’s begun showing emotional strain. Kristi survived a long, tough primary. Now, she’s one of the high-profile conservative bulwarks facing a wide blue wave. That’s no picnic. Life is hard enough without wackos screaming at you in the elevator. I understand leftists don’t intend to support her — that’s fine — it’s a democracy — but I don’t get why they love calling her rude names online. Political expression? Yes. Good manners? Clearly not. So immature. So mean-spirited and petty. I guess we should blame the ’68 “yippies” for starting that unfortunate trend. And, yes, I acknowledge some Republicans have taken the bait. Dusty seems the most relaxed candidate, perhaps due to recent endorsements from the RCJ and Argus Leader. Overall, I’d say the atmosphere is tense. Is that what you meant?

      1. Ah, maybe……Hahahahahaha…. So much to digest, my goodnesss…. Has Dusty’s elevator been tainted, yet?…… “’68” is the problem, huh?…… Maybe, but have you ever read “Nixonland?”

  2. Wow, what a “yuge” crowd..Kristi has had years in “public service” to do her job..bottom line, she hasn’t.

  3. Seriously? She has had positive impacts on SD, the US and the whole world! The latest is convincing Trump to allow E15 to be sold year round. It has a huge impact on farmers and citizens in the whole country. How about the tax reduction that she HELPED WRITE? That affected the whole country! She’s passed legislation helping education on the reservations & is getting things done about human trafficking. She helped WRITE the last two farm bills.(people like to eat). The list is long. Sutton hasn’t done ANYTHING, not even for his own county much less South Dakotans and the whole country. Sutton puts forth NO effort to do anything and has done nothing for 8 years in Pierre. To say she’s done nothing comes from someone who is totally out of touch with reality. Billy the Kid has put more effort into trying to make people think he’s actually conservative when he is not, than he has anything else.
