Rep. Noem to hold town halls

Looks like the public’s harping is paying off. We want town halls, and Congresswoman Noem has decided to hold town halls west river. I hope that she holds a handful east river also.

I don’t recommend holding your breath when it comes to the prospect of Senator Johnson following Senator Thune and Congresswoman Noem’s lead and holding one himself.

It appears the town hall from 3-4pm is the event I’d prefer to attend, since it looks to be the one open to any topic.

So we have the first town hall she will have closed to the questions on any topic regarding anything other than military.

The second is a true town hall but hosted by the tea party. Hmm? That sounds open to me. Was the Rapid City Chamber not willing to host an event? or did Kristi just not want to be without her supporters?

and the third event isn’t even a town hall.

    She ain’t no John Thune.

Your comment about not holding our breath for Johnson to hold a townhall was right on. He wouldn’t even comment on camera regarding his office staff spending on the KELO story last night. OK, if he won’t or can’t comment in person on a simple story like this, how in the world can he competently carry on hearings, debate, etc, all things necessary to his job in DC? Everyone knows the answer to this. Whether or not Johnson is a nice person is immaterial here, whether or not it is fair that he suffered this debilitating illness is immaterial here, what is basically material is whether he should be one of only three people we have representing our voice in DC. And it is readily apparent that he is not!

KRISTI I WOULD GLADLY SET A TOWN HALL MEETING UP FOR YOU EAST RIVER .lOTS OF SENIORS WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU ON YOUR VOTES ON MEDICARE.AS A VETERAN I WOULD LIKE TO ASK YOU WHERE MANDATORY FUNDING FOR HEALTH CARE BILL FOR VETERANS IS.

Not that I want Obama to win but wouldn’t it be crazy if the economy improved and Noem had to eat the crap she’s been saying about SHS the last few years?

Noem is a hypocrity. She’s not a Tea party member she is a hypocrite. She is interested in doing whatever gets her elected or votes.

Thune on the other hand seems like a decent fella. That goes for Daugaard also.

I guess that is my point Bill. It was a rather thin margin of victory, and West River gave it to her. Those of us on the wrong side of the river don’t get a Rep it seems. Not that I want her there anyways. I do wonder though, what she has had to do for an internship for her degree? And has she taken out any federal student loans while persuing her education?

She’s finally holding ‘town halls’ but they’re all West River. Huh, sounds about right.
