“Washington Change?” Jay Williams picks a theme for his campaign.

Jay William’s campaign theme is “Washington Change?”

Is that theme in some sort of pidgin english?

Or is “Washington Change” expressive of the amount of money he’s expecting to bring into his campaign for fundraising, being the “if no one else will” candidate running against John Thune?

Man. He’s started off awful, and it’s not getting better.

  1. I think he means to change from bad to worse.

Also, pluck those eyebrows! He reminds me of Uncle Leo on the “Seinfeld” episode when Uncle Leo’s eyebrows got burned off and Elaine drew eyebrows on Leo using eyeliner.

    1. Hilarious. Those eyebrows are a family trait. I do admit they look a lot better on his sisters and mother. But wouldn’t that type of change open him up to the charge being a metrosexual comparable to Trump’s hair and orange tan? 🙂

    1. You simply have to listen to what he’s said thus far and what he has promoted. Also, do you mean “too”? I don’t make that call on up or down, but as a voter is South Dakota and an informed person, I think my opinion is as valid as yours, What(ever).

  2. Let that fellow have his fun. He’s just in it for the fun. And free food. He will get a lot of free food.

    1. Sen. Rounds’ comments on the KKK are entirely reasonable, if one cared to read them.

But, we understand what you’re up to, wzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

    2. “they’re still going to do a better job with him there than if you had Hillary or Bernie in his place.”

      Objectively true.

Otis the drunk from Mayberry would preferable to a Democrat who has attacked women who were sexually assaulted & harassed by her serial rapist husband, who lies to our troops, and who lies to Congress.

Not hard to figure that out…

      1. But at some point, don’t you have to ask yourself, “Is this the best we can do?”

        1. Millions of folks asked that in 1992 when a well-known lying serial rapist from Arkansas beat a genuine war hero.

And again in 2008 when “hope & change” swayed googly-eyed mindless robots to vote for a nobody who done nothing over another genuine war hero and conciliator.

The point where substance, experience, and comity matter are long passed.
