Chad Haber has his first day in court today

From today’s KCCR:

Mwaaa ha ha
Mwaaa ha ha

Former Attorney General Candidate and husband of Anette Bosworth, Chad Haber, will make his initial court appearance Monday morning in Pierre on charges of offering a false or forged instrument and perjury.

and..

Attorney General Marty Jackley’s office will not handle Haber’s case as Haber ran against him in 2014; instead Hughes County States Attorney Wendy Kloeppner is prosecuting this case.

It is unclear at this time if Haber has hired at attorney or will represent himself.

read it all here.

I have to admit, I’m a bit curious whether he has a fool for an attorney or not.

Of course, Haber’s defender weighed in on it this morning.

One has to wonder, where (if) this will end.  Will Jackley next go after those who have dared to defend Bosworth?  Her supporters?
Maybe her children.

Read that silliness here.

Good grief. Apparently using the same pornographer as Bosworth did has clouded Howie’s judgement.

  1. Isn’t one of Bosworth groupies next with their petitions? The one that was a campaign manager and from Mitchell?

    1. Yes, I still waiting. I wouldn’t call myself a groupie. I just believe in fair treatment and freedom of speech. Remember the government should fear the people instead of the people fearing the government. When you speak out this is what happens……………

  2. Does it weird anyone else out that Chad Haber and Jason Ravnsborg both employed Lee Stranahan? One hired him to trash Jackley and the other hired him to trash Rounds. Both showed poor judgement in bringing him here. Both evidently think they should or should have been AG.

    This weirds me out.

      1. Will Stranahan be working for Ravnsborg again when he runs for AG? The tangled web they weave with poor judgement.

        1. I’ve looked with amusement at ravensbergs tweets. When he ran for senate he paid for bible verse posts. Now he looks like he’s running for a position with the state department.

          1. Jason is a great guy, and despite not making the right call with Stranahan, he is still a decent, upstanding guy, and that is from someone who knows him personally.

All of you trashing him, have you ever met him?

              1. He has never disavowed Lee Stranahan’s garbage against Jackley.

He stuck his head in the sand and hoped no one would notice the lies his former goon was peddling against our AG.

                That deserves an explanation.

You want the job then you better be accountable for your actions.

                1. Why don’t you come out in the open and tell us who you are Anon? You keep making the same weak argument anytime his name shows up about anything.

I have seen Ravensborg talking to Marty many times and there doesn’t seem to be any friction between them. Maybe Marty and he have talked about it…why acknowledge baseless attacks is what I would say…kind of like yours…so I’ll do it for him and Anonymously back at you you coward

                    1. Nelson probably told you that. We don’t have enough military voters to make any huge difference but I’m sure Nelson is still beleiving it was all about him to this day.

                2. Was Jason a Transportation unit officer or an A-10 Warthog pilot when deployed to Iraq with the photos shown in his old US Senate campaign?

                  1. I believe transporters do fly in the Army…at least they did when I was in.

What the Hubbel/Bosworth faction shouts off half cocked without any facts, the hell you say…

Annette was clearly guilty…Chad seems worse…I am at least willing to listen to more facts…but he has to know the didn’t buy her story if his is similar then he should not put us all through another trial…

                    1. Sorry. Here is my concern and I served in the military myself. There are several transportation units here in SD. As you know they play a critical role in supply. Jason served as a Transportation officer and probably drove truck during his deployment to Iraq. That and any position within the military during a time of war is honorable and nothing to be ashamed of. The photos of him during the US Senate campaign wearing a flight suit, aviator glasses in front of an A-10 Warthog was misleading as if that is how he served and it is more romantic and glorious.

                    2. Could I be mistaken and he served both as a Transportation officer driving truck and he has also gone thru flight school, certified and flew A-10 sorties in Iraq? Perhaps a different deployment? If so, that would be incredible!

                    3. Didn’t he serve in multiple deployments? And isn’t he still serving? That and a Bronze Star are good enough for me… Sounds like a bunch of the liberal talking points from madville to me or whatever they call it. Besides liberal trash

                    4. I guess we will have to ask Jason to see if he served flying A-10 Warthogs too. Sure hope he was not trying to mislead people with something he was not especially during war. Other people who served in a military theater support capacity and especially Transportation might get the feeling their service was not good enough.

          2. Oh, and if you can’t be bothered to do enough checking to spell his last name right, I doubt you have enough information to make a credible argument against him, Anon.

          1. Was going to write something long on how Stanahan is nothing more than a con-artist but will just laugh and say “Someday you will see the truth on Lee” #HowsThatMovieComingAlongLee #ConmanHasToCon

  3. We are kind of getting off topic above—Haber should be held accountable–end of story. I don’t know the facts as well as Annette’s case–did he go overseas also? who took care of the kids?

  4. Look carefully -‘ask the liberal a question and they just go to a new line of attack… Back to madville you demons be gone!!
