I can tell by my web numbers yesterday that it was a crazy, crazy day.
- Democrat Legislator Reynold Nesiba tells woman “you don’t need those pants,” and is accused of unwanted sexual contact, telling police that the victim was playing “hard to get.” State Democrat Party is unusually reserved in it’s comments.
- Congresswoman Kristi Noem announces she will be running for Governor in 2018.
- People start declaring their intentions to run for the vacated congressional seat, including former PUC Chair & Gov Chief of Staff Dusty Johnson and Secretary of State Shantel Krebs.
- Long time budget chief leaves State Govt.
- Still wondering if telling women “You don’t need those pants” actually works. Is that like a Jedi mind trick?
What’s happening today? I doubt it’s going to get as crazy as yesterday.
We may see more on the Congressional contest.
We could see more on the Governor’s race.
We could see more on pants. And whether they’re needed or not.
Or someone could throw us another wild curveball.
Stay tuned.
I wonder when NOW (National Organization Of Women) local Sioux Falls chapter will denounce Reynold as a sexual predator and demand he be fired from his job?
After all, he does deal with young impressionable female & male students on campus.
Where are all the Trump puXXy bashers?
Paula where are you?
How about the SD democratic party?
Augie, are you going to allow this type of behavior from one of your faculty members?
Women of Sioux Falls, what time are you going to march on 33rd street, in front of Augustana University?
Augie will not do anything but try and get themselves as far away as possible from this man. This is the third situation like this they’ve had to deal with in the last two years.
IM 22 lawsuit predicted
I’d sign up for that one. It’s an offense against the electorate. And our rights.
This thing is giving legislators pause before accepting any invitation to pre-legislative luncheons, mixers and other events. it really does change the way the legislature does it job.
Which is too bad. Groups have already spent money to put them on and they are an important part of a citizen legislators educational due diligence for issues that will come before the legislature.
I am starting to understand why Nesiba is so pro-abortion. I wonder how much evidence Planned Parenthood has been destroying for him through the years with his track record with women.
