    Yeah, the ever present thought in people who are nearing retirement: you know I just want to retire and move further north. The southern states make a lot of sense, but some of the suggestions make little sense for retirees other than taxes.

  2. I agree, great place to retire from a purely financial standpoint, but weather and lack of services outside of the SF and RC areas is problematic.
