From Feb 2024, Governor Noem banned from reservations for saying that there was cartel activity on South Dakota reservations:

A year later, it looks like she might’ve been right:

  1. This is right. Cartels prefer to traffic through reservations because of the relatively low law enforcement presence. It doesn’t need to be any kind of attack on the people, rather an indictment of the broader system that creates these holes. Blasting people who identify the problem won’t fix anything.

  2. We all knew Noem was right. But, there was the Dakota Scout hyping the banishment instead of the truth. Instead of looking into the allegations she made, they jumped on the bandwagon of the liberal media and caused more division.

Then they’re saying she’s a RINO because someone paid them to say that. Now she might be right about the other thing? The Dakota Scout is not an organization of journalism. They’re rabble rousers at best. Lazy and incompetent also come to mind. Pat at least does his homework and thinks about what he posts.

    1. It should not be shocking to most that young Mr. Sneev was vastly off base. Mr. Sneev works for beer and kibbles, at best. That donkey braying fellow with Mr. Schoenbeck’s boy seems to have a day job, but Mr. Sneev is just a hack. From the Argus.

  3. Last month a Mexican Cartel drug trafficker was caught and arrested for 9# of meth near Valentine, NE. It can only be assumed that they were headed to the SD Reservations with the commodity. I wonder how the Indian Reservation’s like their crow cooked??

  4. So where is the acknowledgement of being WRONG AGAIN from various individuals who posted on this website taking great joy in accusing then Governor Noem of making “divisive”, “racist”, and “unsubstantiated” comments that were in fact, accurate and factual about crime on the Pine Ridge Reservation?
