From text messages going out to County GOP organizations, it appears that the Doeden campaign has a legislator working hard on his campaign:
So, will Manhart’s next campaign finance form list payment for his work as a donation, or will his work on the campaign be disclosed on his statement of financial interest?
This kind of seems like a non-issue. The County or State or whatever level of the Republican Party should be sharing events held by Republicans on their socials, whoever those Republicans may be. And if Rep. Manhart wants to put his lot in with Doeden, let him. We’ll see how it works out come next June.
I think Doeden is going to run WAY stronger than people are projecting. His message that the Republicans in South Dakota government are corrupt is resonating with a lot of people. Poo-Poo him at your own risk.
Asking the local Republican party to share a Republican event on their facebook page…yeah…I hear the crickets too.
Looks like past campaign veteran Tara Volesky is involved with the Doeden social media campaign.
