Before he left the state legislature, it was obvious to many that former State Representative Steve Hickey acted like he bumped his head falling off the apple cart by introducing legislation requiring the state to plan for the apocalypse.
But yesterday, he did something far worse, and went from harmless kooky into completely offensive.
Hickey actually put pen to paper, and openly questioned if the woman who accused Democrat Senator-Elect Reynold Nesiba of sexually assaulting her was actually an agent of his opponents, the payday lenders, – because they were “waiting” for them to hit them – and admitted he asked law enforcement to look into the connection:
It didn’t seem that anyone could sink any lower than Nesiba when he claimed that his victim “was playing hard to get.” Unfortunately, Hickey managed to find a way to do so.
Hickey is getting to be like Weiland…I thought when they got out of office or didn’t get in, we would be done with them…no luck yet
What a disgrace to the GOP. Where did he post this at? For the sake of the GOP, let’s hope the lame stream media doesn’t pick up on this.
To be fair, Mr. Hickey was once in an office, but Mr. Weiland, Slick Rick as he runs by, was never in an office. Right?
Sounds logical to me. Those people are cutthroat and greedy and someone was rocking their gravy train. I wouldn’t be one bit surprised if Hickey were right.
And what’s wrong with being the devils advocate and questioning everything. We need more people like that.
Chief, -as in KC Chiefs? Hickey you wouldn’t would you?
As Billy Graham said long ago; if you’re in a position of power in the public eye never get into an elevator with or allow any woman except your mother, mother-in-law, daughter, D-in-law and of course your wife into your hotel room with you alone.
What did Billy say about trolling teen changing rooms, lusting after yer daughter, and grabbing them by the p*ssy?
He was referring to him being a married man.
I’m not sure this is true but I wouldn’t be surprised either. They are cutthroat.
Now looking at the above post in a different light it can’t be Hickey. He is blocked from posting here on WAR for some reason.
Charlie – When people get abusive, or otherwise have a problem with following the rules, they might find themselves moderated.
Let him back on Pat, he has a right to his opinion.
Sibby and my good friend Bob are more fun than Mr. Hickey. They should come back first.
Charlie it is probably the pothead you blocked from your twitter feed.
Hickey has descended into the abyss. He was once an articulate advocate for conservative causes but over time his desire to see his name in print has exceeded his ability to deal with reality. Next thing you know he will be proposing the President pardon the murder Peltier.
He already is.
When was he an advocate for conservative causes? Can you cite an occurrence?
He is very anti-abortion, which is a conservative cause (and Charlie, I am certainly not Steve).
