The Museum of American History had this great suffrage item as part of the collection on public display. If you’re ever in the Washington DC area, and are a big fan of political advertising in history, the American history Museum has a terrific display of political movements and causes through the years, including tons of political buttons and ribbons, such as the 1960’s era poster below.
