After boarding and de-planing, my flight has officially been pushed back by 2 hours.
Somehow, I don’t know if I’m going to make it to the Hill this afternoon, as I’d planned.
Although, as I haunt the waiting area of gate E8 in Chicago, waiting for my plane and the Eastern seaboard weather to clear, I’m not sure anyone in DC will be allowed to escape via air service, either.
