She IS talking about sorcery. God help that woman. She is need of genuine salvation. Politics is not her thing.
I had my kids vaccinated, and I am comfortable with that. Quit acting like you are a medical doctor or have any special knowledge about vaccines. You come off sounding like a self-aggrandizing jerk. I don’t need your input on parenting my kids, and I don’t think the rest of the world does either. I’m not one of these Sioux Falls Free Thinker dopes, but I do think that there is a scientific basis for vaccination. If you want to debunk the global warming/climate change scaremongers who claim consensus when there is none, then do that.
Anon 11:51, what great comments; “Sioux Falls Free Thinker dopes”…too funny! Vaccines prevent disease, the spread of disease and death. If anyone is ignorant, it’s Hubbel. I wonder if she can “duke it out” with Google? A quick search pulls up countless deaths that have occurred because people did not have their kids or themselves vaccinated.
It also shows a number of deaths where babies died of the side effects. Can’t there be some kind of compromise?
Your Minister friend relies on the “Herd Effect”, just as Anon 4:01 states. There is a compromise, you don’t have to give 30 shots at once. We vaccinate our kids, however, we do it one at a time and spread out when doses are given; we have even opted out of one in particular bc our younger kids do not attend daycare. Never once have we ever been pressured or told we are ignorant by our pediatrician. What they and nurses have stressed is the high risk taken when ppl do not vaccinate. Death from vaccine side effects is extremely rare and it’s difficult to even link vaccines to the deaths that took place after being vaccinated. The risk of death is higher when you get in your car than from a vaccine.
“It also shows a number of deaths where babies died of the side effects.”– then post what “it” says. 10- to 1 “it” is a wing-nut site.
I talked to a Baptist Minister a few days ago. He and his wife had 10 children and did not vaccinate one child. They all grew up healthy. Why are people so scared if you don’t give you children 30 plus vaccinations. If your kids are vaccinated, you have nothing to worry about.
I wish there was a vaccine for Lora Hubbel
Anti-vaxers only remain healthy because they rely on the good will of intelligent people.
Compare the numbers of vaccinations they are doing now from what they did 30 years ago. Big pharma loves it.
Maybe “As science and medicine continue to evolve, so does our ability — and public health responsibility — to prevent disease. The results of some of these advancements are new vaccines. The current U.S. vaccination schedule for children between birth and six years old recommends immunizations for at least 15 different diseases that may cause significant health problems and even death. Although this number may seem like a lot, it’s important to know each and every disease has the potential to quickly reappear if vaccination rates drop.”
I love it when Lora posts. It’s like the National Equirer, only less believable.
Rather interesting, considering Andrew Wakefield, the so-called guru of the Anit-Vaxxer movement, was discredited by every major medical publication for falsifying his data linking the MMR vaccine and Autism. Not to mention the fact that he was trying to patent his own MMR vaccine at the same time.
Yet because of this guy’s blatant dishonesty, a whole new movement has sprung up and has put countless lives at risk.
I tried to have a civil factual discussion with that woman an she blocked me….
