    1. What are you insinuating? Can anyone post something positive without some idiot like the 2 commenters so far on this post accusing a good person like our Governor of something sinister , as if he’s already been convicted of something they make up? Is your life so dull that you spend your day accusing and attacking people who are out there working hard to improve our state? How pathetic! Get a job, or if you are actually working, get another job!

      1. How is he improving the state by raising taxes, creating new fees, and increasing regulation? If that’s his idea of creating economic opportunity then I think I will pass. The bills he is so proud of signing, makes it more expensive to do business in SD and increases the red tape for laborers and small businesses. The worst part is that the legislature is so lazy, that they gave the rule-making and fee-setting authority to the bureaucrats. So much for personal freedom and fiscal conservative values. Maybe they were right about Rhoden being a Democrat. He has the whole tax and spend part down. And he loves shutting down production agriculture and ethanol plants by killing projects that would make our farmers competitive in the biofuels market. If he’s looking for a trophy, I’m sure the Sierra Club has one for him.

    1. Pick the loss that hurts less people, i.e., the dozens of landowners that don’t want the pipeline, not the thousands of farmers that will be hurt by not vetoing.

      Simple math.

He will quickly find he now has zero friends. The far right used him and the moderates don’t trust him.
