Hard work and common sense has finally prevailed. I am grateful that Judge Theeler signed an order dismissing charges against the Maude family of Caputa over a disputed fence line on land that was ranched by their family for decades. We have been working closely with the Maude…

I’ve been hopeful that USDA and the Maudes could settle this outside the courts and I’m pleased to see that the charges against the Maudes were dismissed today.
I’m grateful for @RepHageman’s partnership with me to secure this outcome. https://t.co/gTDxzmd3uk

Way to throw law enforcement under the bus.
How so?
Rhoden now chiming in with claims of responsibility. Jon Hansen with public comments as well. Where’s Marty? What about Doeden? Anyone else? Dr. Boz?
I like my neighbors fire pit but they won’t let me use it, can you help me Dusty?
It was theirs when the fence was put up, the river shifted banks since the 1950s
We all might as well get in line and take some of the credit.
I can’t believe that Dusty took credit for this. I had read an article stating that the writer called his office about the situation about two weeks ago. The response was basically I don’t have an idea what is going on with this situation. What a limp answer. Hageman from the great state of Wyoming had already stepped into the fray for these folks several months ago, but Dusty was missing in action. Typical of Dusty – ride the fence as long as he can – then pop up like a prairie dog to see which way the wind was blowing and take credit for it. West River folks know how he operates. Very disappointing.
You aren’t accurate. Dusty and Hageman were the first on the scene with this dispute. Dusty talked to the family last year, and he and Hageman have organized letters and lobbying efforts together for many months. These receipts exist, and you can’t dispute them.
Johnson’s office is on record being involved with this situation since at least February and off the record being involved before that. Your information and the article are very clearly false!
Pretty sure Dusty’s name is on the letter with Hageman.
What’s really disappointing is that you have no idea what’s going on behind the scenes and jump to conclusions. Something tells me it’s something you do without knowing and wonder why things never go your way.
Do they now get the government/taxpayers land?
Success has many fathers…
