South Dakota Democrats filed their February FEC report yesterday, detailing what was raised and spent in January in their federal account:

Starting the month with $83,458.94 in the bank, they added $29,107.31 to their coffers, and spent $34,153,51. Leaving them with $78,412.74 in the bank.
Nothing terribly unusual in terms of donors, except compared to South Dakota Republican FEC Reports, they have them. Hang tight for the GOP Report when it hits the FEC filing database.
Just wait for the Qualm extreme fundraising. Trudy might be coming to your house to pickup a check.
They are at least trying to look like a real political party.
I think the candidates for SDGOP chair should explain how they plan to raise money. Or perhaps even buy the chairmanship. The one bringing in the most money wins.
Especially Ezra Hayes, who proposes a budget of $302,000 for 2025
I hate to mention it, but $300,000 is low. I know in 2026, that may not even cover convention.
