Have you condemned it, Senator? These people are in your party, in your chamber.
Senator Thune noted at the outset that he, “like all Americans”, was horrified to hear about the political assassinations in Minnesota.
Doesn’t it seem weird that Senate Majority Leader Thune neglected to note or comment about those few despicable Americans – most notably Utah Senator Mike Lee – who found in the carnage an opportunity to make cruel partisan “jokes” ….. memes in the most foul and pathetic taste imaginable. Simply another sign of the times in the age of Donald Trump, where the capacity for rapacious cruelty is regarded with great favor, and rewarded.

I don’t think we need the Majority Leader commenting on tweets. Thune made his point and made it well. Seems rather all-encompassing.
He needs to publicly call out Mike Lee.
