Will IM29 push through when the polls close tonight?

  1. Friend of the blog and swell fellow, Mr. Oakes, is off to a poor start in the Utilities Commissioner contest. This is bad. If South Dakota were to elect a Libertarian, it should be either grudznick’s good friend Bob, or Mr. Oakes.

  2. Since medical passed our voters could not get out of mom’s basement or off her living room couch. Dagnammit! i knew this would happen!

  3. Many of our IM29 voters have issues with forgetfulness. There was early voting and then election day with all kinds of reminders to go vote for their issue.

They told us they forgot where they put their car keys.

They forgot what day it was.

A few told us they thought election day was next Tuesday.

They forgot they needed to put aside some gas money to go vote because they are always broke.

A number of them forgot they even needed to vote on this and it would somehow happen on it’s own or because they said it was just a plant.

Maybe the next guy from the east coast came come in and get this across the finish line. He’s is going to have a much more hands on approach like being at their parents, friend’s houses or apartments always being on them to get anything done.

This campaign has been a klostermess! I’m outta here!

  4. Well…we’re spending three quarters of a billion dollars for a new prison to lodge the pot smokers in, for multiple year sentences. Isn’t that enough??

    1. Terry an exact number would be great to know so what is it? How many pot smokers are presently in the South Dakota prison system? County jails?
