Senate Bill 2 Passes Senate Committee Unanimously
PIERRE–State Senator Casey Crabtree’s (R-District 8) legislation to remove suppressors from the state’s definition of a controlled weapon passed the Senate Judiciary Committee unanimously today. This change removes state regulation of suppressors, and means South Dakotans will only need to comply with federal law.
The legislation is supported by Gov. Larry Rhoden, the National Rifle Association (NRA), the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF), South Dakota Retailers Association, and South Dakota-based company Silencer Central.
“Senate Bill 2 is a win for Second Amendment rights advocates,” said Crabtree. “Gun suppressors are not weapons. They are simply hearing protection, and South Dakota law has no business regulating them. Thank you to my colleagues for their unanimous support.”
Crabtree added: “Thanks to President Trump and the Working Families Tax Cut, the federal registration fee dropped from $200 to $0. That’s a big win for gun owners.”
The bill now moves to the Senate floor.

That raving lunatic just this morning, once again, earned his TACO nickname after his infantile rants and threats toward Greenland, Denmark, Norway and all of Europe spooked the US markets. Apparently, according to his own correspondence to the leader of Norway, threats that he said were justified because someone else was awarded the Nobel peace prize. Within two hours after making those threats he claimed “victory” with a “concept of a deal” after chickening out on his threatened tariff and/or military war to acquire title to Greenland.
Did you check out the Parade of Authoritarian All-Stars who joined his new “Board of Peace”, which supposedly any country can join for a mere one billion dollar price tag? A real Who’s Who of Heroes who your kids can model their lives after, running fabulous autocracies such as Indonesia, Pakistan, Qatar, Morocco, Argentina, Belarus, and Hungary.

And this is what he said YESTERDAY:

Where was this outrage when Biden said Trump should have a bullseye on him. And 3 days later one of your own obliged. Don’t want to talk about that selective outrage do ya?
