  1. John, why don’t you guys just cave to the inevitable and add the SAVE AMERICA act to NDAA? Trump sure wants that.
It is admirable that we have found a line so egregious that even the GOP won’t cross it, and that line seems to be the line that we cross to ruinously restrict and derail fair elections.
This presents the main problem, which is that any time that the REPUBLICANS stand against Trump for a good cause, this message is sent:
“We know that we Republicans are intentionally standing back and letting Trump’s total corruption cause untold damage to the nation. We have chosen to hang back and let it happen, EXCEPT FOR THIS HORRIBLE “SAVE” ACT.”
You see the problem, showing a spine just that one time in a thousand verifies that you are choosing not to use congress”s power to stop Trump everywhere else at every other time.
The GOP of today is guilty guilty guilty, but stop the “Save America” act and maybe we’ll knock a couple months off the jail sentence.
Go ahead and pass “SAVE.” I don’t know what we even expect of you any more.
