We the citizens get to pay Marty’s illegal law suit
Nice unbiased reporting, haha “deceptively advertising the sale of abortion pills and abortion services”, lets be fair, it was an advertisement for a website, you had a photo on this same blog. Can we sue Google next, because I can get the same information from there?
A frivolous lawsuit that has just achieved us a counter suit in NY court. Way to go, Jackley. For someone who is supposed to know the law, you should go reread the first amendment. Just because you dont like it doesn’t make it illegal.
Jackley’s idiot civil division doing their finest. No proper service has even been done by the Attorney General that’s why it got moved to Friday in hopes they can try to save the embarrassment. How long will Mr. Jackley continue to allow incompetent people to run his office?
So Jackley is passing the buck to his staff?
This is going to be hilarious. How many things get advertised in SD that are illegal? Lots. Sports betting. Drugs. There are all kinds of activities that get advertised in states that may not be legal there. This is performative politics just because it is abortion and it is going to cost the taxpayers.
