This is interesting. Tonight a fundraiser invitation is going around in Republican circles kicking off the first big event for the Casey Crabtree for Congress campaign on September 3rd at the offices for Marketbeat in Sioux Falls.
A lot of names sponsoring that you might be familiar with in the form of legislative colleagues and old school Republicans.

It’s also a sign that the Crabtree campaign is moving into a more active phase, now that we’ve reached the end of summer and school is kicked off.
Looks like it’s ‘game on’ in the Congressional primary!

Huh. Isn’t that interesting. Pretty good showing. This might be a helluva contest.
It looks like the Reagan Republicans (aka RINOs) are not dead yet.
Since when was Reagan a RINO?!?!
No need to offer a response to such a brain dead comment. There is an Obama campaign alumn running the State Party. Everyone on this list is far more conservative than the leader of the State Republican Party.
The Whackadoodles commandeered the Republic party like the LGBTQ commandeered the rainbow!
They are the real RINO’s
Still hiding in your closet?
These aren’t reagan republicans they are crony capitalists.
These are Eisenhower/Rockefeller Republicans (“the government must ‘invest’ in private business ventures in order that there can be ‘economic growth’).
Bring them back! I’d take them any day over the John Birchers we have today.
Read the list. They are still here. Along with the 1950s economic policies and government fiscal practices which they espouse.
So Redstone and team Rhoden are working against Jackley?
Why aren’t they focused on helping Rhoden?
Redstone is team Rhoden—there is no difference.
Great list but No Will? No Lee?
He’s got Kassidy and Kyle in there; wonder who else’s money is behind the scenes
Big red flag right there.
well GO BIG RED!!
No vote!
good endorsement as far as I am concerned so I guess we cancel each other out
Good list of folks that will actually stand up for agriculture instead of trying to kill it.
This is a Who’s Who list of lobbyists, legislators, and corporate interests who were pushing the carbon pipeline.
You mean a list of people with common sense solutions to an overinflated issue?
I hope Marty studies up on this list.
This is the never Marty crowd. Strangely it looks like the never Hansen crowd also.
How is this the never Marty crowd?
The chair of open primaries, a sprinkle of Minnesotans reads like a general election effort, not a GOP primary fundraiser.
Looks like a very good list of young and old. Reputable and respectable. If we GOP voters get to weigh the options of Jackley and Crabtree for our open congressional seat, those are some great options for us to have. Can’t lose. I think Crabtree has a real chance to raise his name ID and make his case.
Crabtree supports the farmers!
Will Jackley bow to the Pipeline Greta lobby, or will he grow a spine.
You mean 60% plus of voters?
A veritable “Who’s Who” of chamber cronies who are members of the social club which is republicanism in Sioux Falls – all looking for the next way in which money from government coffers (federal, state and city/municipal) can find its way to their pockets – all under the guise of ‘economic development’.
