Dude looks like an absolute doofus. Not something I want in a Governor.
I don’t vote based on looks. Maybe you should reconsider how you vote.
Agree. Get a microphone so your audio is better and record it in a setting that isn’t distracting and diminishes your message. Dusty is losing his credibility day by day.
I used to respect him but can’t anymore, he’s become just another yes man.
Also, can he please stop saying ‘dumb’ and ‘stupid’? It certainly doesn’t make him seem any smarter.
I know, there are synonyms for “dumb” and “stupid” which are much more acceptable, such as “woke” and “inclusive,” which I much prefer to use.
All shutdowns are inclusive but the fact that 42 million people in the USA are eligible for SNAP benefits is exceptionally woke.
Right? Ever since he switched to wearing that orange tie…
Many couldn’t agree more, he’s toast anyway. No need to worry.
Rhoden’s team was busy today in this comment section.
Doeden guy here. Sorry to burst your bubble. Believing Dusty will be Governor is delusional for a few reasons. The hard math, his record high disapproval #, and the political climate which will only get worse and worse for any legacy pols going forward all across the country.
lots of free time. although I would be a bit more concerned with hiring if I were them…
A different Johnson is the real problem with the US House.
My problem with Dusty is that he intentionally presents himself as a doofus in order to seem folksy and relatable. That really is just a show. Guy is wicked smart, but is also cut throat and solely interested in furthering his ambitions.
That reminds me of a recent governor.
Couldn’t agree more. I for one am terrified of a smart governor. Sounds awful for our state!
I think he is really smart… and he has always been little folksy. not a bad thing.
He pretends to be dumb because he believes you are.
What we really need is a budget. He didn’t say anything about a budget.
He’s right about the shutdown, though.
That’s not all that impressive. It would take effort to be wrong about something so obvious.
The shut-down is just supposed to make us think we really need a ginormous centralized government. They aren’t going to end it until people decide they can’t live without it.
Egos must be stroked, you know.
So far, most of us have not noticed any difference.. The best response, if you are asked by a pollster about it, is to say “what shut-down?”
The longer the shut down goes on the more it hurts his campaign. I pray this ends soon. We cannot have Doeden as governor.
he serves in the House of Representatives, not the Senate, and if you do not know it’s the Senate doing this, you’re pathetic. He’s got no more control over this than any of us.
Howdy Doody looking for Clarabell. He is hard to take seriously.
