Flags Raised to Full-Staff for Inauguration Day
PIERRE, S.D. – Today, Governor Kristi Noem ordered that flags be raised to full-staff statewide on January 20, 2025 in honor of the Inauguration of the 47th President of the United States, Donald J. Trump. Flags should return to half-staff on January 21 and remain at half-staff until sunset on January 28 in honor of former President Jimmy Carter.

All to serve the orange clown’s ego. Such a petty, disrespectful move.
Not sure where it says that.
TDS…seek help soon.
Trump’s feelings were hurt.
It has always been a standard to lower flags to half-staff for 30 days when the death of a past president occurs. I hope to be alive when Trump dies (unless that adrenachrome really works for him) and when I do, I’m going to raise hell to not give him 30 days, he deserves to reap what he has sown.
Even Nixon left the flags at half staff during his inauguration when Truman died. It’s not surprising the man who demanded his name on stimulus checks would have his ego hurt by showing respect for a former president.
