    1. Have you found anybody who has literally suggested removing Mt. Rushmore? So far as I have found, everyone suggesting so refers to the Vice article touching on the subject – that article does not suggest anybody remove Mt. Rushmore, but instead is a response to a slippery slope fallacy. Shapiro, as usual, is misleading folks here.

      1. So slippery slope is a fallacy? Boy, are you naive. Ben Shapiro probably has an IQ that is double yours, but don’t let that get in the way of your pithy posts.

        1. To presume a particular slope without evidence supporting its existence, or to presume where one will stop sliding down any given slippery slope is fallacious. That’s what I implied.

          By taking an example of real behavior, and projecting it to a logical end that could happen as though it is likely to happen, Shapiro exploits emotion to promote ending that real behavior, as though those exercising that real behavior can not possibly at any point end that behavior.

    1. Did you read the Vice article that Argus Leader letter referenced? I’d argue Catherine O’Gorman Barranco severely misunderstood it. If you’d have read it, perhaps you’d have noticed it makes no demand to remove Mount Rushmore.

  5. They are targeting statues of Washington, Grant, Teddy Roosevelt. If you think they won’t come for Mt. Rushmore you aren’t paying attention.

  6. The morons on the left are ripping down statues of US Grant. Who was he? The General who won the Civil War, the President who designed and enforced Reconstruction such that Black Americans were at their highest percentage ever in the US Senate, US House of Rep, and state legislatures in southern states. He was also the first President who appointed an Indian head of the BIA with simple instructions: figure out a solution for more than peaceful co-existence but harmonic existence.

    By the way, these morons on the left are condemning black racism in cities and police departments they have run for decades.

    Finally, these morons on the left finally get to declare independence from the US and the first things they do: Put up a fence, check credentials to enter, and arm their citizens.

    They truly are just flat out stupid.

    1. They are also targeting Lincoln statues, so this is not about civil rights. This is about revolution.
