Trying to imply that she “told us so” in the wake of today’s murder of Charlie Kirk in Utah, State Representative and House Majority Whip Brandei Schaefbauer might have posted one of the most classless things I’ve read today:
“Today’s tragic and horrific shooting of conservative activist Charlie Kirk is just the latest confirmation of my warning.”
It might be hard for Rep. Brandei ‘Nostradamus’ Schaefbauer to conceive of, but what happened today really has nothing to do with her.
Its a monthly occurrence at this point. Ill call it right now. It will happen again, on both sides.

I see this post as a pretty questionable look given Kirk’s focus on free speech.
I wonder if Congress will declare war on Israel.

She craves attention while stoking more division and hatred. Somehow it always ends up being about her rather than all of the diverse constituents she is supposed to serve.
The comments under Schaefbauer’s FB post were terrible! Law enforcement presently does not have a serious suspect yet. We have no idea who the shooter/sniper is, why or anything being presently under investigation.
Didn’t she say in the podcast “let’s just get it over with” or something along those lines?
MAGA is mourning the loss of their fantasy brother today, who did yeomans work helping Fox and Bannon sell fantasy-USA and fantasy-Trump and fantasy-freedom, which against all real evidence, is fervently believed to be real by MAGA.
Kirk was killed by a real intentional bullet and we don’t know by who, or what it means. There’s just one less fantasy spinner in the world today and the slack will be taken up.

It may have been that low rent fringe podcast talking about civil war where Brandei had to make sure she criticized Kristi Noem for not handling her gun properly. Did anyone else catch that? She always seems to be projecting self-righteousness in everything with her actions and comments. Irresponsible and reckless given the platform she has. The 2026 election cannot come soon enough.

It is important to remind people that this politically motivated assassination was foreseeable.
Now that Tyler Robinson has turned himself in, we have facts. Robinson was a young man who let irrational anger directed at Kirk get totally out of hand. By the available evidence we can presume that he secured the best long-range sniper tool he could acquire; he determined the best point to do the crime and then escape; afterward, having done what his obsession demanded, he presumably regained the mental clarity to know the deep seriousness of what he had insanely decided to do, and the utter ruin he has brought on himself and the Kirk family, not to mention the millions of broken hearted MAGA who yet again do not have a rainbow-haired circus clown liberal scarecrow to blame for a horrible gun crime, to soothe their genuine sorrow at Kirk’s murder.
Addendum – Robinson was said by friends to hold the view that “both parties are to blame.”
He is registered with no party affiliation, his parents are registered Republicans.
HOW MANY of this state’s MAGA, who overran and usurped the normal GOP, have loudly shouted about how both parties are equally bad as they justify their derailment of the bipartisan US political process.
It is precisely this attitude which Trump exploited to crack into the GOP with his far-right minions, and create the morass which enables his free dictatorial reign of power today?
We MUST restore and renew faith in the bipartisan government – it is truly renewing faith in OURSELVES. Maybe it’s not too late. Maybe it is.
