Justice postponed; Hearing for former newscaster Shad Olson delayed another month

It looks like justice will be postponed once again, as the hearing that was supposed to take place this morning in the matter of former newsreader Shad Olson (Criminal docket #46CRI24-000097). and his initial appearance on a probation violation has been postponed.

According to UJS Court records, a continuance has been requested by the defendant and granted by the court, so the can of destiny has been kicked down the road to April 23, 2026.

This marks the 5th continuance requested in the case by the defendant throughout the extended lifespan of his criminal matter.  So if there are any complaints by Shad that this case is never ending, he needs only to look in the mirror for the cause.

  1. Could it be the reason for the 5th continuance is that the judge is considering the specific request of ShadGPT’s execution method or methods? Maybe offer alternative options for method of lethal execution?

    1. There was the previous “death by bunga bunga” suggestion by some fine blogger here, which probably requires a deeper poke by the general attorney’s office to vet out for vetting. It is also possible Mr. Shad, who is not really a GPT, just enjoys living in a state of perpetual risk and failure because he has some sort of mental breakdown weakness. This is a bad mix, those with psychological skills, to have in the vicinity of Ms. Brandei, who has similar tendencies. This is what some experts say to grudznick when I asked. grudznick’s theory is counterposed by some emails from my close personal friend Lar on the matter, so I could be wrong.

  2. There are two options here, the first is that Shad is a sovereign citizen, and he is above this, and the legal system is trying to keep up. The second could be that he was hacked again, and needs more time to prepare. Those damn hackers!

  3. Justice follows its own path in its own time. The appearance of erratic stops and starts are an illusion.

  4. Sometimes to be sure and remove claims of lack of due process judges give folks a lot of rope. Done do an effective job of ganging themselves with it
