Make Liberty Win claims even hard right legislators are targets for “RINO removal”

How nuts do you have to be to get this group’s endorsement? Not that we’ve ever heard of them before.

Because it seems they are only interested in the farthest fringes of ideology, and you have to be in the range of Dylan Jordan “shoot down jet contrail planes” crazy to earn their favor:

I think it’s less about Liberty winning and more about fringe lunatics running the asylum.

  1. This is an outside group registered in Virginia, funded almost entirely by Texas donors, that floods state legislative races with mailers reporters in Wyoming and Idaho have documented as flat-out false. Their parent organization is Young Americans for Liberty. And apparently their definition of “RINO” is anyone who doesn’t bow to their out-of-state agenda on any given day.

    When everybody’s a RINO, nobody is. That’s not a movement. That’s a shakedown.

South Dakota Republicans have built one of the strongest conservative states in America — without Texas PAC money calling the shots. We don’t need a Virginia-registered group telling South Dakota voters who their legislators should be.

  2. Make Liberty Win describes itself as dedicated to “electing a nationwide coalition of principled, state-level, liberty legislators to restrain government and restore the American republic,” engaging in direct voter contact — door knocking, phone calls, texting, and mail — to “oust RINOs and socialist Democrats alike.”

Make Liberty Win is a subsidiary of the Austin, Texas-based libertarian organization Young Americans for Liberty (YAL). YAL funds two legally separate but interrelated organizations — a political campaign committee and a grassroots organizing arm — the aligned Make Liberty Win PAC advocates for no income tax, no local enforcement of federal gun laws, and universal school vouchers. Sounds just like Jordan.

    1. Jordan, a man that can’t make his own decisions and only passed 1 bill his entire 2 years! Once again big out of state money running this election. Hm something they didn’t want previously but now are doing.

  3. This is a tactic invented by MAGA, get a lifelong democrat to take over, then have them redefine the definition. It is a test to see how stupid people are, and let me tell you, most fail!

    1. It’s not MAGA, it’s a Libertarian outfit that’s doing this. It’s got nothing to do with Trump, or his supporters.

    2. RINO was tactically birthed by Rush Limbaugh and the disaffected Birchers who eventually became the exploiters of the first Tea Party movement of 2009. Interesting because it totally flipped the story on a sales motivation approach where your top performers and producers were your unstoppable RHINOs. I say we Make Rhinos GREAT AGAIN

      1. That nutty Pastor from Parkston is a Bircher running for the legislature? He has been in Pierre a lot testifying

  4. Ironic that the people calling everyone RINOs……. Are the real RINOs. You can’t match Liberty Win’s principals with the tenants of the Republican Party.

  5. “RINO HUNT”?!? That’s more threatening than a collection of seashells. Somebody needs to be arrested and charged.

  6. At least they put all the new crazies’ names together … so we can recognize them . I wonder if the new people running have EVER listened to these morons – like Carley or Jordan – on the floor or in committee.

    1. Right! Those who were endorsed are the people we do NOT want to vote for. They made it easy for us!

  7. Being called a RINO now is almost a badge of honor that basically says…Im damn proud to be RINO because that means Im not a dang nut job

  8. Every single wing nut this group endorsed is a RINO who only run as a Republican because they know that Libertarians don’t stand a chance of being elected. What is scarier is how these same extremists have infiltrated Republican party leadership at the state and county level. REAL Republicans (including many of those that this group is targeting) need to step up and take our party back—or abandon it completely and start fresh.

  9. People may not like the term “RINO” and it’s often misused, but there are may actual RINOs in South Dakota and some of them hold elective office. The odd thing about this list is that Senators Peterson and Karr, who obviously have conservative voting records, are grouped together with these other very moderate legislators. It makes you wonder who is behind it and whom in South Dakota advised them on their choices.

    1. Probably YAL ‘Anthony who was kicked out of the Capitol after his skirmish with Beal. Looks as if they endorse incumbents who are likely to lose so will try to prop them up. Don’t know why they would support people with no voting record in a few cases.

    2. Is young Ms. Jorgensen, from the District numbered 29, one of the moderates in the legislatures into which these insaner than most fellows group Mr. Karr and Ms. Peterson? grudznick thinks not. Ms. Jorgensen is amongst the insanest in the legislatures which makes one wonder what delightful chaos is coming. Or maybe how much can be spread with the moneys backed from Mr. Carley, who is from California and has California and Christian tourist money printed on his grounds.

  10. Good grief! These far right nut buckets throw around the RINO label like the left throws around the racist label.
The people that this sort of propaganda works on are truly pathetic.

  11. Where’s the DOJ? If Comey’s seashells are a violent threat to an elected official, “RINO hunting” sure as Heck is too! Common Trumpers: demand indictments!
