  1. I’m sorry, did I miss the memo? No where in that video did it say anything about reviving HB1005. It appears that this video should have been sent to the legislators prior to Wednesday’s hearing. If they did not and elect to release it now, then shame on them. It appears Rural National Defense Initiative need to do a better job of doing their homework next time.

    This is similar to when President Biden released his border bill to Congress the last year of his administration when crossings were clearly out of control. A case of too little too late.

  2. The legislature funded a Quantum Computing program at DSU a couple years ago. DSU is a leader in the country on this and cybersecurity.
    Guess what? Quantum Computing needs data centers.
    SD needs an even playing field with our neighbors.
    SD needs to invest in precision manufacturing and the programs needed for that at our VoTechs, also some of the best in the country. We have the young people that can do those jobs.
    SD public schools turn out great talent.
    SD leaders need to have a vision for the future!
    Little House on the Prairie ain’t it.
