Pischke pleads “Not Guilty” to election fraud charges

From KELOland News, State Senator Tom Pischke is in court today fighting the charges that he falsified election documents:

Republican state lawmaker Tom Pischke appeared in a Minnehaha County courtroom Tuesday, where his attorney entered a not guilty plea to election fraud charges on Pischke’s behalf.

A preliminary hearing in the case is set for Aug. 21, but Pischke’s attorney Ryan Kolbeck said this will change. Kolbeck says a plea deal for his client is possible but not imminent.

  1. Guarantee a plea deal is coming. The judge shouldnt accept it due to the fact he should be held to a higher standard. He belongs to the club who constantly pushes the idea that fraud exists while committing it himself. More projection from republicans.
