So are we to gather that she’s going to encourage lawsuits against doctors, hospitals, the gubmint, and anyone else she can think of over COVID and vaccinating against it? And to set up a taxpayer paid victims fund?

So the state spends a ton of time, money, and resources to sue China. We win by default because they will never respond. We get a huge judgement against them and then it sits there because there is no way to collect. Great plan, Brandumei. Great plan.
