In case you missed the other item that the SDGOP has been pushing hard this week, where they want everyone to know about some goofy program the Freedumb caucus is putting on in the chairman’s home of Miller SD..
Of course, they go so far as to put a “disclaimer” on the item they’ve pushed hard on facebook noting “Disclaimer: Sharing this information does not constitute an endorsement by the organization or its leadership. It is being shared for informational purposes only.” Despite the fact that the head of the Freedumb Caucus is married to the SDGOP Vice-chair. And the Treasurer of that group is the Treasurer of the State GOP.
Yet they claim it’s not “an endorsement by the organization or its leadership.” Suuuuure it’s not an endorsement.
It would be a breath of fresh air if the SDGOP would decide to stop attacking it’s top officeholders, and do their job; raising money and actually promoting the party’s candidates.
Not spending their time playing kissy-face with self-interested fringe groups who have nothing to do with the party’s mission.
This is such an embarrassment not to mention a huge disappointment. This is what happens when people become complacent and do not vote.
They want to pass a $1.50 sales tax on all purchases. It’s a child’s idea and a bad one at that. Want baby formula or a hot meal? Buck-fiddy. Want to spend $5,000 on a boat? Buck fiddy. Not only does it place the tax burden on the poor, it would LOSE us millions in sales tax from the well-off. It’s a horrible idea and they know it, they just want something to grandstand on.
At least they picked a great venue. Miller is such a hotbed of political discourse and media access.
I know Wyoming has vast wide open spaces, but I am amused to imagine the reaction of these visitors when they arrive in Miller.

Begging them to get a graphic designer. The format alone was an assault to the eyes, never mind the words.
Seems like Miller has been the winner since Eschenbama took over the Republican Party. The Miller Golf Course (location for SDGOP golf fundraiser), Miller Gun Shop (sold the SDGOP all the guns for their raffle), and the Miller VFW (beneficiary of SDGOP fundraising). Is Jim Eschenbaum going to hire is accountant in Miller to do the party’s budget too?
