So, where’s the Bialota for Congress FEC Report that was due?

The Federal Elections Commission is not known for letting things go, so it’s very curious as to why goofy South Dakota Congressional Candidate James Bialota is able to be remiss in having proper filings in on a timely basis.

So, FEC Reports were due yesterday. Marty Jackley’s report is in, and I will be posting it later.  But for James Bialota who gets on social media and is big on making wild-eyed claims about the AG somehow being a lawbreaker,  Bialota isn’t big on following campaign finance laws. As there does not appear to be a FEC report of income and expenditures into the federal campaign finance watchdog.

What’s there is from yesterday at about 10:30 at night, which consists of a scrawled bank note that he’s blowing a lot of money out of his pocket:

Okay… but where is the F3 report?  The one where the candidate is supposed to explain specifically what his expenditures and income was, which would include the proceeds from this loan to himself.

Hm. Someone should ask the candidate whether he intends to follow federal law or not when it comes to his campaign finance disclosures?

  1. Bialota breaking federal law? Shocker. These people don’t believe the laws apply to them. Bialota also put a sign on my buddy’s private property without permission. My friend called him and he lied about having permission. He has zero respect for private property or the law.

    1. I’ve always wondered – When someone does that, does the sign become abandoned property or litter at that point, where the landowner can just shred it?

Had an acquaintance who ended up with a real estate sign in their yard in Pierre that should not have gone there. One of the big 4×4 post signs. She called the office, and gave them 5 minutes to remove it, or she was going to chain saw it… and they didn’t get there in 5 minutes. Never heard anything about it after that.

      1. I think a private property owner would be able to dispose of it as they please. I used to work for a county and the county highway department would remove political signs illegally placed in the right of way if the candidates didn’t move them after being told. They would just pile them up at the highway shop and let the candidates come pick them up. I don’t know if the state’s attorney every charged anyone.

        1. I have used the ones illegally place on my businesses property for shooting targets. They are ideal for that.

  2. And ALLLLL these people that endorsed him have endorsed his illegal campaign filings. They should be exposed.

  3. None of these yahoos deserve a spot in government. Can you imagine if he won? Same goes for Tina Mulally trying to run an auditors office. Does she not realise that it’s an actual job that take degrees and experience to run!? These people have no brains and run campaigns off lies and conspiracies! Please vote intelligently!

  4. And this same guy is endorsed by Phil Jensen, the ultimate moral rule breaker and is buddies with Tina Mullally. Yes, birds of a feather do flock together.

  5. Same guy convicted of assaulting a 12 year old boy on a playground and then claiming stand your ground laws on him… sounds like a real winner in whatever he pursues.
