Rapid City has an indoor kart venue that’s open every week of the year. Go ahead and build the shed if you buy this. Add batting cages, escape rooms, whatever else you want.
Maybe Cory the commie Heidelberger will buy it. He always appeared to be extremely envious of Novstrup, but maybe because Heidelberger couldn’t win an election and still has a perfect ZERO win record in elections.
