“[T]his is a real losing hand for [Democrats] to play. It’s certainly costing people all over the country, big time, particularly federal employees. And the longer this thing drags on, the worse it gets …”

WASHINGTON — U.S. Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-S.D.) today joined The Ben Shapiro Show.

John Thune, if you and the GOP have utterly abandoned any concession to tradition and honor, to the fair and consistent obedience and practice and application of laws and rules, JUST SAY SO. We guessed it already. It’s obvious now. Nothing is easier than self-deceit.
Projection.
Thune got Trump’s high praise and approval today. That’s like a Chicago police chief getting Al Capone’s approval.
Ha ha ha – polls say otherwise Thune. It will be inter to watch you try to back pedal when the pendulum swings back.
Medicaid for non-citizens is a non-starter.
The Democrats have lost their minds.
You’re on crack, and the feds think so too.

Legal immigrants are supposed to have sponsors who have signed affidavits of financial responsibility. They are not supposed to qualify for public assistance of any kind. If they cannot support themselves, or their sponsors can’t, they need to go home. If they are receiving Any benefits at all, somebody has really screwed up.
Refugees, people on temporary protected status, are not expected to work, as they are supposedly only here temporarily, so they are eligible for public assistance. They can apply for work permits but there is no obligation for them to support themselves if they don’t want to. SMH
Blah blah blah. Your interpretation, loosely connected to reality, of how Medicaid and immigration law works is clearly wrong. Because the feds, in the above link, clearly say you’re wrong.
What that says is that non-citizens are qualifying for Medicaid. That’s the problem. They should not qualify for Medicaid. If they can’t support themselves or their sponsors can’t, they should go home.
How Christ-like.
