The Big Beautiful Bill tax reductions for tipped workers, overtime pay and social security recipients expire in 2028. Senator, why do you not mention this when the tax cuts for the elite wealthy who are already doing fine in this economy are permanent. It’s kind of a big item to conveniently forget about.
Trump’s original tax cuts for the middle class expired this year because he wanted to hand the incoming president, likely democrat, a crap sandwich. Trump made the wealthy tax cuts permanent. They then passed the same tax cuts with some small changes that are set to expire, while giving the wealthy more permanent tax cuts. Why are ours always temporary while the wealthy have permanent cuts? Republicans have been killing the middle class since they signed on to failed trickle down economics. Wake up people.
But not a word on the massive tax increase on working families enacted without any congressional approval. Trump brags about the massive tax revenue from working Americans that his tariff taxes bring.
