  3. Dusty, who is lying to whom about the legislation you pass. According to other liars, the reconciliation bill you brag about so much will add $3.4 trillion to the national debt and eliminate 10 million American citizens from Medicaid rolls most of whom are already working. Your liars in this case are from your own accounting agency, the Congressional Budget Office.

      1. Jesus healed people through their own faith. The people who get kicked off Medicaid can pray. Or they can buy their own health insurance like the rest of us.

          It is not the fault of the poor that a broken leg can cost $60,000 or more. 10 million people are hurt by this idiotic legislation. We should be trying to get people covered instead of putting our efforts into getting them booted from their insurance.

        4. Typically, people who make comments like this really don’t like themselves because they feel so miserable they want everyone to be as miserable as they are (not what Jesus would do).
          Say it’s a college student and they’re low income? Get a job! you say to pay for their health insurance but then they have to choose a job or school in a system that doesn’t work-see Georgia’s failed work for medicaid program as our lone example of what’s to come.

          So it seems you might need the prayers and the rest of us need politicians with better values and policies.

          1. College students have plenty of time to spend working.
            In fact I knew a lot of single moms who were working, raising kids, AND going to college.
            I had a job & 3 kids, and graduated with honors. My daughter graduated with a job and 1 kid. My son had a job, and 3 kids, by the time he got a Masters degree. Lots of people do this.
            A college student who can’t figure out how to work and go to school at the same time lacks organizational skills.

            1. Ok boomer. Have you seen how much college costs now? And have you seen the job market for jobs that’ll hire part timers on a decent wage to support themselves during college?

              1. yes it costs a lot. which is why living in a dorm, having your bathroom cleaned by somebody else, eating meals in a dining hall prepared by somebody else, and borrowing money to live like you’re on Carnival Cruise is incredibly foolish. Live off-campus, prepare your own meals, clean up your own messes. Get a job to pay your living expenses and borrow only as much as you absolutely need to cover tuition and fees. Dorm life is WAY too expensive and should be avoided.

  5. Dusty has utterly forfeited any credibility to accuse others of lying. He betrayed the people of South Dakota with recent budget cuts. He deceived the people of South Dakota on the farm bill, failed them on national security, and misrepresented fundamental truths about healthcare and the environment. Now, after a string of broken promises, he dares to claim others are lying about you? It’s time for Dusty to clean up his own mess before he shamelessly point fingers at anyone else. Enough is enough!
