Natvig lied about and minimized the
conversation that Gromer would later
file a report on.

Natvig only testified to his own perception of the conversation. Gromer would have needed a supernatural revelation to know whether Natvig lied, and if Natvig didn’t, Gromer did.
Plus Gromer didn’t report any issue to Natvig regarding that conversation. Did he expect Natvig to read his mind the way Gromer apparently thinks he can read Natvig’s?
Is the BAR doing anything about it?
What on earth does he have to do with the 4th circuit? He’s from kimball.

Probably why he was seen driving his state car with his family to the hills on more than one occasion.
