  1. May not have been wise. Even many republicans were unhappy with the ICE thuggery. And becoming disillusioned with Trump.

  2. Pretty tough to hear our Governor praising the person who denied that ICE thugs murdered American citizens, who detained American citizens and encouraged masked thugs to treat citizens and aliens alike in the worst possible way, destroying our constitutional rights as they went. And all those human detention centers where the “worst of the worst” are supposedly held. We’ll find out that 90% of people there were on visas or had applied for asylum. It was all about the number of detainees, not whether they were guilty or not. We wouldn’t know because no one got a trial. And all the while, she’s flying around in a $70 million jet and spending $200 million on ads that featured her.

    1. oh shut up about the detention of US citizens.
Unfortunately, if you have become a victim of identity theft, there may well be a criminal warrant with your name on it,
If the person who stole your identity is also an illegal immigrant, yes, you might be the one they pick up by mistake. And you are going to have to prove you aren’t the person they are looking for,
which is all the more reason to shut down the border and put a stop to this.

        1. two white people and one darker skinned were picked up for skin color?

Just this morning we were on Highway 77 going past Jerry’s Electric and there was an obvious police action going on at a house on the west side of the road. We kept driving.
We didnt pull into the driveway, stop, or do anything else to suggest we might be trying to interfere or get in the way. That’s because we’re sane.

Other people are somehow able to avoid getting mixed up in law enforcement operations around the country.. When we see something like that ahead of us, we move over into the far left lane, or take a quick detour if it’s a sobriety checkpoint, Most of us have this figured out.

How these people all just “happened” to drive into a street full of armed & armored agents and
didn’t notice what was going on until they were in the thick of it is a mystery, Either they’re stupid or they think we are.

      1. Thanks Anonymous 3:27 – I was afraid I wasn’t going to find and read the dumbest review of ICE activity possible. You were a great help.

    1. What now? She chose ONE person 7 years ago out of the ENTIRE state. Was that not an ‘endorsement’ enough?? She made the right choice.

  3. Gov. Kristi Noem’s list of Chiefs of Staff (up to June 2023):

    Herb Jones (2019)
    Josh Shields (2019)
    Melissa Venhuizen (2020-2021)
    Aaron Scheibe (2021)
    Mark Miller (2021-2023

Governor Rhoden knew as well as anyone, what a mess she was. He should be honest about that. And maybe some of these folks will finally speak out about Noem’s problems. But… it would have been nice to know before the whole world figured it out.

      1. I see Jon Hansen finishing ahead of Toby Doeden.

SDDP Candidate for Governor Robert Arnold will get more votes than Tobian and maybe Jon. Arnold has no money either.

      2. Agreed. I was just being conservative and nice to the 3rd and 4th placers. I , too, could see the last two lower with Dusty and Larry splitting the difference.

Push Dusty closer to 47-48, and Larry 31-32.

      1. 2014 U.S. Senate Primary

        Rounds 41,377
        Rhoden 13,593
        Nelson 13,179
        Bosworth 4,283
        Ravnsvorg 2.066

  4. Noem pulls the strings, Larry bows because Noem’s hand makes him.
Skippy, still in the glow of his cracked‑screen Android psot for Larry, “She is special” all while wonderig when the hell is she bringing the Skipper to DC?

  5. Gonna have plenty of time for tending the cows back at the ranch next year, Larry. It’s one thing to put on the boots and wear the hat, it’s far another to have the brains to make good decisions.

  6. When asked about the new DHS appointee Toby Doeden’s response over his qualifications was that Mullen is tough being a wrestler and former MMA fighter? What a caveman response!

  7. Trump’s S.H.I.E.L.D. Of The Americas will turn out to be a big job. I’m sure Kristi will have a full day delivering Trump’s explicit orders to each head of state, with veiled reminders of the handpicked replacement Trump has waiting if they mess up.
I’m most interested to see what this group does under Trump’s tutelage. His usual 30 minute rambling word salad included a lengthy passage where he said that he “staged” the 2024 outcome for himself (he loves to confess his crimes as a gang recruitment method, to show his brazen stealth and power) and it raises the question of whether he intends to select the leadership of this whole hemisphere, starting with himself on top, and end the troubling practice of allowing free “unstaged” election by the people.
It would be on brand for Trump. Notably absent were Mexico, Colombia and Brazil, where the right to vote has been defended again and again.
Has Greenland been renamed “Sudetenland” yet?
